cozy studio designed with a rustic style and fully equipped Located in a 2nd floor, it has a private terrace with a great breeze and sound of the ocean's waves. The area is very centric for any type of entertainment around the Boulevard Avenue. You will have to drive 3 minutes to the main entrance of the Punta Salina Beach.
guest access:
guest will have one parking space on the red zone in the front right side of the house, with access to the property through the white gate First door (#1) up the stairs is the entrance to the Rustic Studio.
the neighborhood:
we have been living in this property for more than 20 years and we are friends with all our neighbors! very quiet and relaxing!

recommended to drive by car or uber, area is walkable for common bars, bakery and others

Summary: It was our first time in Puerto Rico so we wanted to explore. The location was accessible to various parts of the Island. It was also very clean! We were glad for the extra touches… coffee available, tourist information/pamphlets, & beach towels!
